BIRTHFIT Postpartum Series


Now that you’ve brought a baby into the world, it’s time to rehab your body, mind & soul. In this 8-session group training series, you will:

  • Connect with other new mamas!

  • Practice diaphragmatic breathing.

  • Move through functional progressions to heal your core and reconnect with your pelvic floor.

  • Learn new fitness movements.

  • Enhance your posture through safe, effective functional movements that transfer into everyday life tasks

  • Participate in workouts created specifically for mamas 6+ weeks postpartum!

Classes are held on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:30am at Pallas Fitness (241 Cherry St, Ithaca). Classes are generally 60 minutes in length. *Note that August’s series will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:30am.

Please come prepared to move, sweat, and connect with other mamas. Non-mobile babies are always welcome!
